Originally from Hungary, I spent three enriching years in Paris before settling in Atlanta in July 2017. My family and I now call Sandy Springs home, where I live with my husband and our daughter.
My journey into children’s yoga began organically through playful and mindful movement with my daughter, starting when she was just two years old. Experiencing the transformative benefits of practicing yoga with toddlers sparked a deep interest in early childhood wellness and inspired me to pursue formal training in the field.
I’ve been practicing yoga for over a decade. In 2018, I completed a 95-hour children's yoga teacher training certified by Yoga Alliance. The following year, I founded Kids’ Yogaland LLC and began offering imaginative story-based yoga classes for preschoolers. In May 2019, I expanded my teaching toolkit by completing the Kidding Around Yoga instructor program, based here in Atlanta.
I’m passionate about working with children and believe that yoga offers a joyful, enriching way to support their physical and emotional development. My classes blend movement, songs, storytelling, and playful games—creating an experience that enhances balance, coordination, focus, social skills, and stress relief, all while having fun.
